TERMS OF PAYMENT:
To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the total rental price. The remaining balance and the security deposit must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Our cancellation policy is as follows :
If you cancel up to 6 weeks before arrival , the deposit ( 50% of the rental price ) will be retained .
If you cancel within 6 weeks before arrival , the full rental amount will be due .
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance for extra peace of mind.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Prices include cleaning, electricity (provided consumption remains below 100 kWh), water consumption, Wi-Fi, TV Vlaanderen and tourist tax
- Electricity consumption exceeding >100 kWh will be charged separately.
- Firewood for the open fire is charged separately.
- Bed linen and towels are not provided Kitchen towels are provided

Please respect the check-in and check -out times , so that we have sufficient time to thoroughly clean and prepare the accommodation for the next guests.
HOUSE RULES:
- Max. 8 people allowed .More guests possible upon request.An additionel charge of €45 per extra person applies.
- No smoking allowed anywhere in the house . Smoking is permitted outside on the terrace. Ashtrays are provided.
- Dogs are NOT allowed in the swimming pool or on the beds and sofas .
- Please treat the house, garden and surrounding area with respect and leave them tidy.( Please empty the dishwasher and return all furniture to its original place , as it was upon your arrival.)
- Pets allowed: max. 1
- We are not responsible for accidents in the house, garden, swimming pool, pond or river.
- Children must be supervised by an adult when near the swimming pool, pond or river. We are not responsible for any accidents.
- The property is not suitable for parties or noisy gatherings
